Is our data safe with AI tools?

We use the business versions of AI services, which don't train on your data, and choose hosting in your region where it's available. We work to GDPR and your local data protection law, sign a data processing agreement, use the minimum access we need and remove it when we finish.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

Before anything goes live we test it on a batch of your real examples and show you how often it was right. Anything it isn't confident about goes to a person, and every action is logged.

We don't know where to start. Is that a problem?

That's normal, and it's what the Walkthrough is for. You bring the frustrations, we turn them into a short list of fixes with costs and savings attached.

Do we have to change our software?

Usually not. We build around what your team already uses. If a tool genuinely holds you back, we'll explain why and what switching would cost, and the decision stays with you.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Code, accounts, passwords and documents are in your name from day one.

What if you're not around in two years?

Everything is in your accounts, written in common languages and documented. Any competent developer could pick it up.

Do you work outside the UK?

Yes. We are based in the UK and work with clients worldwide. On site across the UK and Europe, remotely anywhere else.

Do you do the penetration testing yourselves?

No. Testing is carried out by accredited partners, which is what insurers and larger customers usually expect. We scope it, manage it, explain the findings and fix them.

What if the cost review finds nothing?

If we don't find savings worth at least the review fee over the next year, you don't pay for the review.

Is web scraping legal?

Collecting public information is common and often lawful, but it depends on the site's terms, the data and how it is used. We collect public data only, respect rate limits, avoid personal data without a lawful basis and tell you when a source is off limits. For borderline cases we recommend legal advice.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, happily, before the first proper conversation if you prefer.

How quickly can you start?

A Walkthrough can usually start within two weeks of the first call. We take on a small number of clients at a time.
