Tech cost review: cut your cloud, software and AI bills
Tech bills creep. A server nobody switched off, seats for people who left, three tools doing one job. We find it, cost it and help you cut it. If we don't find savings worth the fee, you don't pay.
What we look at
Cloud
AWS, Azure and Google Cloud: idle and oversized servers, old snapshots and storage, data transfer charges, and whether savings plans or reserved capacity would pay off.
Software subscriptions
Unused seats, tools that overlap, plans on the wrong tier, and renewals nobody remembers agreeing to.
AI and API spend
Which models you use for which jobs, caching, batching and usage limits, so AI costs grow with value rather than by accident.
Phones, hosting and the rest
Domains, hosting, backups, phone systems and the long tail of direct debits on the company card.
What you get
- A costed list of cuts, each with the saving per year, the effort involved and any risk.
- Quick wins you can make the same day, separated from changes that need care.
- A simple monthly view of tech spend so it doesn't creep back.
How it works
We ask for read-only access to billing and usage, plus a list of subscriptions from your accounts. Nothing is changed during the review. Most reviews take one to two weeks, including a call to walk through the findings.
The guarantee
If we don't find savings worth at least the review fee over the next year, you don't pay for the review.
Making the cuts
You can make the changes yourselves, or we make them for a fixed fee so the savings actually land on next month's bill. Cloud changes are tested and rolled out carefully, with a way back if anything misbehaves.
