For a bigger backlog or a business that wants to move fast. £6,400 a month.
What they actually do
- Fix the small things that annoy everyone and never make it onto anyone's list.
- Build and improve automations, reports and internal tools.
- Deal with software suppliers and agencies on your behalf.
- Keep an eye on costs and security as things change.

Embedded retainers have a three month minimum, then one month's notice. On site in London, remote anywhere else.
Keep it running
For anything we've built: monitoring, fixes and up to four hours of small changes a month, with next working day response. £390 a month, cancel with a month's notice.
Technical second opinion
An independent look before you sign a big quote from a developer or agency, from £650. Or full technical due diligence before you buy or invest in a business: what the technology is really worth, what it will cost to run and fix, and what could go wrong. £2,500.
