Web scraping and data feeds, run for you
Public information collected on a schedule, cleaned up and delivered where you work. We build it, watch it, and fix it when a website changes.
What businesses use it for
Competitor prices
Daily prices and stock levels for the products you compete on, with an alert when you're undercut.
Supplier catalogues
Price lists and product data from supplier sites, mapped to your own product codes.
Property and planning
New listings, price changes and planning applications in the areas you cover.
Tenders and contracts
New public sector tenders matching your services, gathered from several portals into one list.
Leads and directories
Businesses that match your target customer, from public directories and registers.
Market tracking
Reviews, job adverts or product launches that tell you what a market is doing.
How it works
- Sources: we agree up to five websites or registers to start, and what to take from each.
- Schedule: daily, weekly or on demand, depending on how fast the data changes.
- Cleaning: duplicates removed, formats tidied, products or addresses matched up across sources.
- Delivery: straight into a Google Sheet, Excel file, database or dashboard, plus email alerts for the changes you care about.
- Upkeep: websites change all the time. We monitor every feed and repair it, usually before you notice.
Done responsibly
Collecting publicly available information is common and often lawful, but it depends on the site's terms, what is collected and how it is used. We only collect public data, go gently on the websites we visit, avoid personal data unless there is a lawful basis, and tell you when a source is off limits. For anything borderline we'll suggest you take legal advice.
Why us
Our engineers have built and run large scale scraping pipelines in production, including for UK property data. Small feeds get the same engineering: proper monitoring, sensible rate limits and clean data you can rely on.
